ARYDA is an association of repair workshops created by and for workshops, with a disruptive approach far removed from traditional association models. We were founded to firmly defend the interests of workshops and end customers against abuses by insurance companies.
We work to ensure the proper functioning of the insurance sector within the framework of the Insurance Contract Law and current regulations, promoting free competition, professional independence, and fair compensation for damage suffered by policyholders. We analyze and report coercive practices, reduced indemnities, and any actions that harm independent workshops or distort the market.
We act before national and international bodies such as the DGSFP, the CNMC, and European institutions, defending the right to free choice and to repairs carried out in accordance with the law. In addition, we provide workshops with practical tools and training for immediate application, convinced that defending workshops also means defending consumers.
